The region of Sidi Yahya KERDOUCHE in the province of Jijel some 400 kms east of the capital Algiers is one of the regions that have benefited from the Socio-Economic Development Assistance Program ( PADSEL-NEA ) which implementation has started to bear fruits
Fatiha Aouita is a rural woman who suffered before from the absence of proximity projects , has recently benefited from a financial assistance from the European union as part of PADSEL-NEA program to launch a cattle breeding farm , a project which has really improved her living conditions and is having a positive impact on the local economic activities .
