The Technical Centre for Plastics and Rubber (FCTC) improves the competitiveness of the sector, guarantees and promotes the quality of products and services. The FCTC is an advisory body for research, development and expertise. He is also an information center for manufacturers. Its laboratory for testing and analysis enables necessary controls to obtain the Moroccan requested branded specifications. The FCTC has received support from the European Union under the MEDA program 2. In addition to financial support of 3 million euros exclusively designed to equip the center with advanced equipment, it has benefited from the assistance of French experts and organizations.
Topic 2 :
The National Agency for Promotion of Employment and Skills (ANAPEC) is a structure financed up to 2, 5 million euros, by the European Commission, under the Meda project. It aims to support Moroccan institutions in structuring the legal flows of people wishing to work in the European Union countries. This project has become a benchmark in the regulation of migration flows, providing candidates and companies a legal framework, an environment of services before, during and after the migration.
